We are so pleased to announce our Running Retreats in Devon!! It’s the perfect  partnership between me here at Heart and Sole Wellbeing and Chris Kay from Bristol Running School.

We’re hosting them at our stunning Devon beach house which is our base for all the other retreats. It’s literally just minutes from the beach and we’re surrounded by coastal paths, public footpaths, fields and trails.

This has to be one of my favourite places to stay. The sea air is so healing yet invigorating. The sights, sounds and feel of the seaside bring an amazing energy to running so uniting with Chris to plan Running Retreats in Devon was just a natural way forward for us both!

Answer me this then…. Do you fancy some beach runs on long stretches of golden sand? Or some coastal path runs on stunningly rugged trails overlooking the wild blue yonder?! Hill runs perhaps? Or speed runs? Do you fancy being able to truly focus on your own running skills and being immersed in running with likeminded people for the whole weekend?

We’ll cater for all of this and provide you with top class individual video gait analysis, running technique seminars, nutritional advice seminars, strength training and yoga / flexibility sessions.

We’ll cook you delicious and nutritious, organic superfood to fuel your engines and inspire great new eating habits.

You’ll be in the safe hands of your coach Chris Kay from Bristol Running School. Chris is a well renowned running technique coach. His fascination is in biomechanics and its relationship to injury and performance. He’s a qualified sports rehabilitation specialist with a knowledge of running movement which is second to none.

Running retreats in Devon is your big chance to be a part of Chris’s program for the weekend! You’ll make lifelong improvements to your running technique. This is definitely NOT one to miss!!

We’re welcoming all abilities on these weekends from newcomers in running to more experienced athletes .
