Two Day Yoga & Wellbeing Retreat at stunning Beach House on South Devon Coast.

During your time with Heart and Sole you will:

We’re based in a brand new and exclusive, luxury beach property, moments from safe, sandy beaches and the stunning South West Coastal Path. Relaxing yet invigorating sea air makes this venue perfect any time of year and in any kind of weather!

Our Retreats focus on yoga, healthy eating, exercise, confidence building, gratitude, the power of positive thought, meditation, vision board creation and mindfulness techniques.

We have three accommodation options. an upgrade package is available to opt for a single occupancy room with private bathroom facilities. Other rooms are shared between 2 with shared bathroom facilities. A third option is also available if you’d like to opt for the retreat course only and to travel daily or stay in other local accommodation.

You’ll feel reenergised, refocused and you will have regained clarity on your bright and positive future.

Our prices quoted are all per person and include accommodation for 2 nights, all drinks and all vegetarian meals.

As a precursor to a Fitness Programme, I highly recommend signing up for a fitness evaluation to assess lifestyle and benchmark all levels of fitness prior to the 4 week plan.
